We are thrilled to welcome Paco Vandecasteele to the SUBMAR team as Junior Project Engineer.
Paco holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering: Construction from KU Leuven and brings solid hands-on experience from large-scale construction projects.
In his new role at SUBMAR, Paco will serve as the primary point of contact for our inshore clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service from the first briefing through to project delivery. Alongside this, he will provide close and meticulous follow-up of our construction sites — monitoring planning, budget, quality, and safety at every stage.
With a strong eye for detail, a results-driven mindset, and a proven ability to take responsibility, Paco is a great addition to our team. We look forward to the expertise and energy he brings with him.
